Mall at Bay Plaza lands another tenant as opening nears

Ulta Beauty joining Michael Kors, Macy's at Bronx shopping center

Prestige Properties and Development has signed cosmetics chain Ulta Beauty to an 11,400-square-foot space at the Mall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx.

Construction, which kicked off in 2012, is still underway at the 780,000-square-foot mall. Tenants include Macy’s, American Eagle, Michael Kors and Victoria’s Secret. Ulta Beauty is expected to open when the mall is slated to open, on Aug. 14. The 10-year lease is Ulta’s first in the borough.
