The property’s most expensive home, a duplex penthouse, will cost $60 million. An additional 11 penthouses will also be on offer, and the building will hold 157 condominium units in total between the 39th and 82nd floors.

The building’s lower half below the 40th floor will house a Four Seasons Hotel, and the residents above will be able to access amenities such as the three-lane pool, fitness center and spa. They will also have their own residers-only perks, including a screening room, yoga studio and a conservatory with a baby grand piano. [Tribeca Citizen] and [Curbed]Julie Strickland
