Online giant Amazon may have found a bigger new home in the city.

According to the New York Post, the company is in talks to lease space at the Durst Organization’s 1133 Avenue of the Americas at 44th Street. In that building, the second through 10th floors — or 285,872 square feet — will soon be vacated by the Internal Revenue Service.

The space includes a private entrance and a plaza area on West 44th Street as well as 13,000 square feet of terrace space on the second floor.
