A new look is available at Ian Bruce Eichner’s Continuum Company’s plans for the tallest building in Harlem.

The structure, located at 1800 Park Avenue, between East 124th and East 125th streets, is slated to be  32-stories tall. ODA Architecture is designing the  building.

The tower will house 682 apartments — 20 percent of which will be affordable — spread across 633,700 square feet. The project also includes 63,200 square feet of commercial space.

Eichner also recently secured $420 million in financing for an 83-unit condominium tower at 45 East 22nd Street, finalizing the funding needed for that project’s completion. [NY YIMBY] — Claire Moses
