Taking another full floor at Two Trees Management’s 45 Main Street, Digital agency Huge Inc. continues to grow in leaps and bounds in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

Huge will lease out the building’s entire third floor, growing from 55,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet, the New York Post reported. The startup founded in 1999 carved out a 2,500-square-foot space at 45 Main Street in 2006, and expanded by nearly 30,000 square feet three years later and 20,000 square feet two years after that, according to the newspaper.

At the time Huge took out its first lease, Two Trees was asking about $20 per square foot, but rents now range from the low $40s to low $50s, according to the Post. [NYP, 3rd]Tom DiChristopher
