Glassy residential development coming to Lexington Avenue

A residential development is coming to Lexington Avenue between 33rd and 34th streets.

New renderings of the project, designed by C3D Architecture, were released by New York Yimby. NY Lions Group’s Albert Shirian is the developer of the residential building. The structure will be 14 stories tall and will have 40 units. Other New Nearby Residential Developments Include 160 Madison Avenue and 172 Madison Avenue, both located two blocks west. Renderings show a glassy exterior with big windows.
