Mixed-use building to be located a block from new 7 train station

Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group applied for a permit to build a 72-story, 1,009-foot-tall mixed-use tower at 35 Hudson Yards.

The building will rise on the corner of 33rd Street and 11th Avenue, just a block south of the yet-to-be-completed 7 train station, according to New York YIMBY. The plans call for six stories of office space, 217 hotel rooms and 135 condominiums, according to the website.

Related, headed by Stephen Ross, has sought city approval to build other towers at the Far West Side development.
