New York’s largest residential brokerage, Douglas Elliman, announced its expansion to Los Angeles back in 2013. Now, it’s putting down real estate roots with a West Coast headquarters in Beverly Hills.

The brokerage inked a 10-year lease for a two-floor, 11,000-square-foot space at 150 El Camino Drive. The firm also tapped L.A.-based architect Patrick Tighe to design the space, which will feature an open floor plan, sculptural staircase and cutting-edge technologies, according to Variety.

The office will accommodate more than 100 agents – including broker Josh Altman, a headliner on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” and his brother Matt Altman.

“Building a new office in Beverly Hills signifies Douglas Elliman’s commitment and position as a major force in Los Angeles,” company chairman Howard Lorber told Variety. The office is scheduled to open this fall. [Variety] Christopher Cameron
