Dermatologist Dr. Jonathan Zizmor, known for his rainbow-heavy subway advertisements, re-listed his 7,000-square-foot mansion in the Bronx’s Fieldston neighborhood and boosted the asking price.

Zizmore has been trying to sell his Mediterranean Revival property for three years. The 1928 mansion recently resurfaced with an asking price of $3.075 million after being taken off the market at $2.975 million in late September, according to Curbed.

The new listing offers some previously unseen views of the mansion.

Featuring “remarkable architectural detail of a bygone era,” the palatial space surrounding a private inner-courtyard has seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths, a loggia and a sunken living room, an earlier listing said. [Curbed]Gary Kane
