E-commerce leviathan Amazon plans to open a distribution outpost at Salmar Properties’ Massive Liberty View Industrial Plaza in Sunset Park.

The company signed a seven-year lease, with a renewal option for two additional five-year terms, at the 1.1 million-square-foot complex, according to a memorandum of lease dated Oct. 26. The size of the space is not clear.

Requests for comment from Salmar Properties and from brokers Newmark Grubb Knight Frank were not immediately returned.

Asking rents at the building are in the high $20s or low $30s per square foot, according a source familiar with the building.
