Marcus Lemonis, corporate CEO and star of the CNBC show “The Profit,” is looking for some green from his Gold Coast condo.

Lemonis put the unit on the market for $3.3 million.

He bought the three-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor of 50 East Chestnut Street in August 2016 for $3 million, according to Crain’s.

Lemonis could not be reached, and his listing agent, Joe Wright of Joe Wright Real Estate in Chicago, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Crain’s.

The condo has 25 floor-to-ceiling windows looking out in four directions, and its two terraces have a combined 500 square feet of outdoor space, the listing says.

The CEO of Camping World, Good Sam Enterprises and other companies, Lemonis in February got married for the second time, to Bobbi Raffel. She is the former owner of Runway, a fashion business he bought and folded into his Marcus Lemonis Fashion Group, which includes a location on New York’s Upper East Side. He’s also the former owner of New York’s Crumbs Bake shop.

Lemonis previously lived in north suburban Lake Forest, selling a home there in August 2016 for $2.7 million, about 45 percent less than the $4.9 million he and his first wife paid about a dozen years earlier, according to Crain’s. [Crain’s]  — John O’Brien
