Two real estate industry events are on the calendar next week.
On Thursday, REIA is holding an event featuring a conversation with new Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi, at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 111 West Grand Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Kaegi will speak about his vision for the future of the valuation process.
Also on Thursday, Bisnow is hosting its Chicago Retail Forum at the Radisson Blu Aqua, 221 North Columbus Drive from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Industry veterans will discuss the state of the retail market in Chicago and how current trends might affect the future market. Speakers include Richard Tucker of Tucker Development and Emi Adachi of Heitman.
