Wicker Park dive bar Rite Liquors for sale

A dive bar is generally in a neighborhood to match. Or, it probably should be. The owner of the famed Wicker Park bar/liquor store Rite Liquors is looking to cash out of the building he’s owned for 36 years. Mike Liacopoulos said it is time for him to move on from the business at 1649 West Division Street, when it was not in the hot, trendy area it is today. Pearson Realty Group’s A.J. Manaseer has the listing, which is asking $3.5 million. [Curbed]
