Another owner of a condominium at the Trump International Hotel & Tower listed the unit for less than he paid for it.

Jose Luis Prado, CEO of pork snack maker Evans Food Group, put his two-bedroom condo in the skyscraper at 401 North Wabash Avenue on the market Friday for $1.6 million, less than the nearly $1.7 million he and his wife, Rosa Acevedo, paid for it in 2011, according to Crain’s.

Phil Skowron of @properties has the listing.

A week ago, another couple listed their Trump Tower condo for $1.8 million, more than 20 percent less than the $2.3 million they paid for it in 2008.

Despite the recent discounted listings, prices for units in the 98-story building hit a record high last year. [Crain’s] — John O’Brien
