Two real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.
On Wednesday, Interface Conference Group is holding its 5th Annual Seniors Housing Midwest event at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, 2121 South Prairie Avenue, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature networking, a discussion on the state of the industr, and an evaluation of the potential of new developments. Speakers include Ari Adlerstein of Meridian Capital Group and Mark Bultman of Capital One.
On Thursday, the Chicago Real Estate Council is holding a property tour of The Residences at Addison & Clark, 1025 West Addison Street, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. This event will include networking and an overview of the development process for The Residences at Addison & Clark. The event will be hosted by Anthony R. Rossi Sr., president of M&R Development.
