The top five home sales of the week in Chicago included four condo units in the city’s urban core and one single family home in Uptown. The total price for all five was $10.3 million.

Two of the top sales — including the priciest — are neighboring units at Belgravia Group’s Renelle on the River condo tower, which opened this year. Another was in another Belgravia project nearby.

Home prices in Chicago have lagged in recent months, a symptom of the larger slowdown in the economy. A recent report found home price growth was the slowest since October 2015.

403 N. Wabash Street, Unit 12A | River North | $2.5 million
The roughly 2,400-square-foot unit at the 50-unit Renelle on the River sold for $1,043 per square foot. The unit has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Belgravia’s building has amenities including a private yoga room, dog run, and bike storage. There’s also a rooftop lounge.

1109 W. Washington Boulevard, Unit 3B | West Loop | $2.2 million
Like the unit at Renelle on River, this unit at Sulo Development’s 28-unit Hayden West Loop building has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, but it’s about 700 square feet larger. The sale came out to $696 per square foot. Sulo completed the building this spring.

360 W. Erie Street, Unit 10D | River North | $2.1 million
Another three-bedroom sold at Belgravia’s recently-completed Three Sixty West building. Each of the 38 units there has a private terrace space, floor-to-ceiling windows, and master baths in the master bedrooms. The sale comes out to $859 per square foot.

403 N. Wabash Street, Unit 12C | River North | $1.8 million
The second unit to go at Renelle on the River is on the same floor as the top sale of the week. The buyer could be one party that wants to combine the units. Like the other unit that sold, Unit 12C has three bedrooms, but comes in at 2,250 square feet. The sale pencils out to $818 per square foot.

4642 N. Hermitage Avenue | Uptown | $1.65 million
Rounding out the top five priciest sales of last week is lone single-family home on the list. The narrow 4,500-square-foot home in Uptown has six bedrooms, a porch, and a 40-foot-long backyard. The home is new construction, but was designed in a traditional style.
