Spankin’ new condos monopolized closed luxury sales last week. Of the top five deals to close last week, three were for condos in new buildings, totaling $11.3 million.

A Lincoln Park mansion ranked second priciest closed sale last week, but the deal might be tough to swallow for the seller. The expansive property sold at a $3.7 million discount after four re-listings and three years on the market.

Price and property details were found using Redfin.
