Four of the five priciest residential listings to hit the Chicago market last week were single-family homes.

But the lone condo unit on the list was also the most expensive. It’s for a 40-th floor unit at the Waldorf Astoria, 11 E. Walton St. It hit the market for $6.2 million.

This isn’t the first listing on the top five in the luxury building. The week before, the luxury tower listed two other units — a $6.5 million and $5.25 million.
