Here are the priciest resi listings in Chicago from last week

All of the top five are listed for under $4M

The three priciest residential listings to hit the Chicago market last week were all single-family homes in Lincoln Park. But none of the contenders are listed above $4 million.

Two of the properties listed are currently under construction and are projected to be finished by 2020.

1905 N Howe St | Lincoln Park | $3.95 million
Built in 2011, this 6,200-square-foot home has only been lived in a few weeks out of the year. The house has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths and two fireplaces. It sits on a 3,400-square-foot lot that includes a detached two car garage. It is listed by Mario Greco of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff.

537 W Grant Pl | Lincoln Park | $3.9 million
This newly constructed single-family home designed by Northworks is almost tied with the top spot this week, listed at $3.9 million. The 5,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a three-car garage. Located at Sandz Development’s Webster Square project this property is expected to be completed by spring 2020. It is being listed by Zachary Zisook with @properties.

1830 N Fremont St | Lincoln Park | $3.6 million
The third Lincoln Park home is a six bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home. The 5,200-square-foot building is a from Environs Development and is projected to be complete by 2020. Is it listed by Kevin Wood of @properties.

1500 N Lake Shore Dr, Unit 7-8B | Near North Side | $3.5 million
This two-story 5,000-square-foot unit has sweeping lake views and superior finishes. Designed by Libby Cameron, its four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms includes newly-renovated windows and mill-work by Parenti & Reffaelli. It is listed by Jennifer Ames with Engel & Voelkers Chicago.

9 W Walton St, Unit 1402 | Near North Side | $3.3 million
This 2,250-square-foot unit at No. 9 Walton, Chicago’s top condo building, has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan. It is listed by Susan Miner with Premier Relocation, Inc.
