Here are the priciest resi sales in Chicago from last week

No home sold for over $1.7 million

Though Lincoln Park condos dominated the list of top closed sales this past week, none of them sold for more than $1.7 million. The top spot goes to a Lincoln Park condo unit at a converted parking garage. Check out the rest of the list below:

2035 N Orleans St, Unit 2N | Lincoln Park | $1.69 million
Built in 2017, this 2,800 square-foot condo unit from developers Robert Kroupa and Todd Buffington sold at asking price. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two garage spaces. It is located in the heart of Lincoln Park with floor-to-ceiling windows and terrance space. Eugene Fu with @properties was the developer’s broker.

2233 N Halsted St | Lincoln Park | $1.5 million
This single-family home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms with plenty of space and amenities. The 5,100-square-foot home was built in 1886 and has a living room big enough for a grand piano, as well as a bonus coach house studio over the garage. Also included on the property are two fireplaces, a two car garage and a library. Mary Beth Smith and Janice Weiler-Orenstein with @properties had the listing. Giancarlo Chavez of Kale Realty represented the buyer. The home was first listed in November 2017 at $1.79 million.

1632 N Orchard St, Unit 301S | Lincoln Park | $1.49 million
Built earlier this year, this boutique condo by developer PLD Homes includes soundproof barriers between floors. The unit has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a fireplace. The property includes a 1,000-square-foot roof deck and terrace with sweeping views of the Chicago skyline. Colin Hebson and Brendan Murphy with Dream Town Realty had the listing. The buyer’s broker was Baid & Warner’s Millie Rosenbloom The home was first listed at $1.52 million.

2153 W Berteau Ave | North Center | $1.47 million
This quaint, single-family home sold for $1.4 million this week in the high-achievement Coonley School District. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms complete with Quartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen. The home was built earlier this year by developer Turin Homes. Timothy Sheahan of Compass had the listing. Robin Phelps of @properties represented the buyer.

1619 N Paulina St | West Town | $1.43 million
This 5,000-square-foot house features a limestone facade. It has five bedrooms and 4.5 baths with plenty of amenities including a theater, a 1100 bottle wine cellar and a 2.5 car garage. It was listed with Carrie McCormick and Anne Killarney of @properties. McCormick also represented the buyer.
