The Chicago Association of Realtors is holding its Advocacy Breakfast at the International Interior Design Association, 111 East Wacker Drive from 9:30 a.m. to noon. This event will provide discussions that focus on issues such as lobbying efforts and the impact legalized marijuana has on the Chicago market. Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi will be the keynote speaker at the event.

Bisnow is hosting its Multifamily Annual Conference Midwest at the JW Marriott Chicago, 151 West Adams Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event will offer networking opportunities, along with discussions on the approaches to improving the tenant experience and the outlook for the sector going forward. Speakers include Will Murphy of Cedar Street Companies and Susan Tjarksen of Cushman & Wakefield.
