Three of the five priciest residential listings in Chicago from last week were condo units, another indication that condo construction has leaned heavily toward luxury. But unlike JDL Development’s 9 West Walton condo tower, the units that made last week’s top five are in far smaller complexes.

Together, the five are listed for about 12.5 million, and include two single-family homes. All but one are located on the North Side or Near North Side, including a massive single-family house in Lakeview.

Price and property details were found using Redfin, from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.

123 S. Peoria St., P2 | $3.1 million | Near West Side
This second-floor condo has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and covers nearly 3,900 square feet of interior space. The unit also includes a 1,800-square-foot terrace. It is part of ZSD Corp.’s under-construction Peoria Green, with 20 units split across two towers. The elevator opens directly to each unit. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2020. P. Corwin Robertson of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

2643 N. Hermitage Ave., Ph 02 | $3.1 million | Lincoln Park
This corner penthouse condo in the newly-constructed Norweta Club building has 5,200 square feet of interior living space. It includes five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and has more than 1,500 square feet of outdoor space. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center and nearly an acre of garden space. Dream Town Realty brokers Karen Schwartz and Colin Hebson have the listing.

3754 N. Janssen Ave. | $2.5 million | Lakeview
Built in 2010, this nearly 7,000-square-foot single family home near the Southport Corridor has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Amenities included a wine cellar, media room, patio and deck. The house is listed with Mario Greco of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff.

415 W. Superior St., 200 | $2 million | Near North Side
This four-bedroom, three bathroom condo unit encompasses 4,100-square feet, and includes a terrace. Amenities include a Savant smart home system that makes the home fully automated, and heated floors in every bathroom. The building has five units total. This unit is listed with Ian Halpin of Dream Town Realty.

415 W. Superior St., 200 | $1.7 million | Lakeview
This newly-built single family home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The 4,200-square-foot house has four bedrooms and three full baths on the upper level, with two bedrooms, one full bath and two half baths on the lower level. Thomas Moran of @properties has the listing.

Correction: The listing at 123 S. Peoria is on the second floor; it is not a duplex.
