Three of the five priciest residential listings in Chicago from last week were condo units, another indication that condo construction has leaned heavily toward luxury. But unlike JDL Development’s 9 West Walton condo tower, the units that made last week’s top five are in far smaller complexes.

Together, the five are listed for about 12.5 million, and include two single-family homes. All but one are located on the North Side or Near North Side, including a massive single-family house in Lakeview.

Price and property details were found using Redfin, from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.

This two-level penthouse condo has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and covers nearly 2,000 square feet. It includes a terrace. It is part of ZSD Corp.’s under-construction Peoria Green, a luxury five-condo complex. Each unit has private elevator access. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2020. P. Corwin Robertson of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

Dream Town Realty brokers Karen Schwartz and Colin Hebson have the listing.

3754 N. Janssen Ave. | $2.5 million | Lakeview

415 W. Superior St., 200 | $2 million | Near North Side
This four-bedroom, three bathroom condo unit encompasses 4,100-square feet, and includes a terrace. Amenities include a Savant smart home system that makes the home fully automated, and heated floors in every bathroom. The building has five units total. This unit is listed with Ian Halpin of Dream Town Realty.
