This week was expectedly slow for residential sales, with all of the priciest single family homes and condos closing in the days before Christmas.

Four of the five biggest deals of the week were for single family homes on the Wide Side, ranging in price from $2 million to $1.3 million. The outlier is a Trump Tower condo on the Near North Side, which sold for $1.8 million.

The five homes sold for a combined $8 million.

Price and property details were found using Redfin, from Dec. 20 to 27.
