Here are the priciest resi sales in Chicago last week

The top 5 sales included 2 homes on the Near North Side and a 44th floor condo unit at Related’s One Bennett Park

The five priciest residential sales in Chicago last week included three homes on the Near North Side. A 44th-floor condo unit at Related Midwest’s One Bennett Park tower took the top spot.

The list included two condos, two houses and a townhome and combined for $10.5 million. That was well below the week before — $16.4 million — but above the $6.4 million total for the end of January.

Price and property details were found on Redfin, from Feb. 7 to 14.

451 E. Grand Ave. #4401 | $3.1M | Near North Side
This three-bedroom condo in Related’s One Bennett Park in Streeterville is 3,000 square feet on the 44th floor. The building, which opened last spring has amenities that include an entry vestibule that allows residents to enter discreetly. Gwen Farinella of Related had the listing. Gregorio Cirone of Interdome Realty represented the buyer.

54 E. Elm St. | $2.5M| Near North Side
This nearly 4,700-square-foot townhouse has five bedrooms, five fireplaces, a library, recreation room and a landscaped deck. The house was built in 1888 and rehabbed in 2015, after which it sold for almost $2.4 million. It was listed with Compass broker Jeff Lowe. The buyer was represented by Douglas Smith of @properties.

55 E. Erie St. #3501 | $2.1M | Near North Side
This three-bedroom condo has a large terrace overlooking the city skyline and lake. It previously sold for $2.2 million in April 2017. Millie Rosenbloom of Baird & Warner represented the seller and Margaret Baczkowski of @properties represented the buyer in the most recent sale.

1928 W. Wolfram St. | $1.4M | North Center
The most notable features of this three-story house are its art media room, glass wine cellar and six outdoor spaces, including a penthouse roof deck. The house has had two other owners since it was built in 2012. It previously sold for about the same price in May 2014. This time around, Compass agent Julie Busby had the listing. The buyer was represented by David Auffarth of Keller Williams Preferred Realty.

1919 N. Leavitt St. | $1.3M | Logan Square
This 3,200-square-foot house, built in 2016, has four bedrooms, heated bathroom- and basement-floors, a pasta faucet and a deck above the garage. Francie Pinkwater of Coldwell Banker Residential represented the seller and Laura Topp of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago represented the buyer.
