This week’s five priciest homes sold for a combined $10.4 million. That’s about 50 percent of what they added up to last week, when the five top home sales totaled $15.7 million.

Three condos and two single-family homes made this week’s list. Four of the five are located in the Near North Side neighborhood and the other is just a big further north in Lakeview.

Price and property details were found on Redfin, from Feb. 28 to March 6.
