Tom Cruise’s latest impossible mission? Selling his $39.5 million Telluride, Colorado estate.

The actor has listed his 320-acre ranch in the Rocky Mountain town, the Wall Street Journal reported. But it’s not the first time he’s tried to sell the property. According to the Sotheby’s agents who are now working with Cruise, he first sought a buyer for the home about seven years ago, at the significantly higher price of $59 million.

The property, which the publication describes as “ultra-private,” is accessible via a mile-long driveway, and is situated in the mountains above the town of Telluride.

“Everybody knows who owns this property, but you can’t see it from almost anywhere,” Dan Dockray, one of the real estate agents working on the listing, told the Journal.

It includes a 10,000-square-foot main house, which has four bedrooms and an abundance of wood paneling; a three-bedroom guest house; and lots of sporty amenities, including hiking trails and a snowmobile track.

It’s unclear if Cruise has used the home in some time, but he reportedly helped design the property, which was finished in 1994.
