The Real Deal analyzed permit data filed with the city of Chicago from April 1, 2023, to April 1, 2024, examining both new construction and renovation/alterations.
The dataset includes the ranking of the top 20 firms, their total volume, project count and contact information, as well as the raw data on all 5,996 projects evaluated for the study.
