<p>The vacancy rate for office space grew the most, among South Florida counties, in the fourth quarter of 2024 in Palm Beach County. The rate rose 2.2 percent from the same time in 2023, reaching 13.8 percent.</p>
<p>The vacancy rate fell 13.6 percent year over year in Broward County and rose 1.1 percent in Miami-Dade County.</p>
