South Florida’s Biggest Retail Leases of 2024

Last year’s biggest retail leases in South Florida were a fraction of their size in 2023.

An analysis by The Real Deal found that the top 10 leases totaled 356,075 square feet, with four leases inked in Q2.

Floor & Décor inked the largest lease in 2024, signing on for 66,000 square feet at the Pine Island Shopping Center at 8800-8990 West State Road 84 in Plantation in Q1.

Macy’s took second place by leasing 50,000 square feet at 9339 Glades Road in Boca Raton, also in Q1.
