For the third year in a row, Miami's Brickell district notched the top office sale.
The top 10 sales brought in a total of $1.23 billion. The price per square foot averaged $348 for the top sales.
Elliot Investment Management and Morning Calm Management paid $443 million for 701 Brickell Tower. Nuveen Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, was the seller.
Miami-Dade County government paid Bushburg $182 million for an office complex at 9250 West Flagler Street in the Fontainebleau neighborhood in an unincorporated part of the county.
