Longpoint Realty Partners made the largest purchase of industrial property, shelling out $331.3 million for 10 industrial sites with 26 warehouses across Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties in November. Link Logistics, the industrial subsidiary of Blackstone, sold the properties.
Link Logistics also sold a five-warehouse portfolio in Sunrise to Elion Partners for $205.5 million this month, making that the second priciest sale of the year.
