The buyer is Boca Raton-based Fimiani Properties LLC. The deal works out to about $240 per square foot.

Andrew Heyer is the CEO of Mistral Equity Partners. He and his wife recently purchased a home elsewhere in Palm Beach for $18 million. The Heyers had owned the home on Seaspray Avenue since 2021, when they purchased it for $8.4 million. The three-bedroom residence measures about 3,200 square feet and has four bedrooms and four and a half baths. It went on the market in October for $11.7 million. Corcoran’s Dana Koch represented the Heyers, and Van Den Born was represented by Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties.
