🏆 Residential: The priciest residential transaction recorded in South Florida was in Hillsboro Beach. Paul and Carol Cutler parted with a waterfront mansion at 1011 Hillsboro Mile for just under $26.8 million or more than $2,500 per square foot. Paul Cutler is president and founder of Power Generations, and Carol Cutler is the firm’s CFO. The nearly 10,600-square-foot residence sits on a 0.8-acre lot and has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, two half baths, a balcony, ocean and intracoastal access, a pool and a hot tub among its amenities. The buyer was an LLC tied to Craig Zinn, owner of a car dealership. The property, built in 2013, went on the market in February with an asking price of $29 million. The Cutlers bought the site in 2011 for $4.2 million. Sandra Tagliamonte with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the Cutlers in the latest deal, and Mark Rothenberg with Ellemar Enterprises brought the buyer.
🏆 Commercial: The top recorded commercial deal in South Florida was in Miami, where the Aera Foundation, a charitable trust that invests in work toward improving social and environmental challenges, dropped $15.5 million on a warehouse at 2520 Northwest 112th Avenue, known as Blue Dolphin Studios. The seller was an LLC managed by TV producer Eduardo Scheuren. The two-story building was constructed in 1996 and measures 45,300 square feet, pricing the transactions at $340 per square feet.
📊Residential: In West Palm Beach, a single-family home at 230 Argyle Road changed hands for $10.3 million. The buyers were Thomas and Anna Ross, and the seller was an LLC managed by Felix Charney, founder of Southport, Connecticut-based Summit Development. The 7,500-square-foot home dates to 1924; the deal works out to about $1,400 per square foot. The home has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an elevator and a pool. It first went on the market in December 2024 for just under $13 million. It sold for $3.3 million in 2022. Burton Minkoff with Douglas Elliman represented the seller, and Lawrence Moens with Lawrence A. Moens Associates represented the buyers.

Anthony and Kathryn Ciafardini were the buyers. The home spans just over $9,200 square feet and sits on a 1.3-acre lot. It has five bedrooms and seven and a half baths. The estate went up for sale in October for a little under $11 million. Serhant’s Gary Pohrer represented the seller and Craig Bretzlaff with Compass represented the Ciafardinis.
