Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights/Clinton Hill is the most popular neighborhood in the U.S. for home sales, according to a new report from data provider Redfin.

Redfin analyzed home sales and listings by zip code in the 150 most populous metropolitan areas around the country. Using factors including days on the market and share of homes that sold above list, Redfin calculated its Redfin Compete Score. Their ranking is based on this score and growth in listing views.

Prospect Heights/Clinton Hill saw the median views per listing skyrocket by 136 percent from last year. The median sale price has risen 3.9 percent, and there has been a 105 percent increase in home sales there as well.

Second on the list is Jenison, Michigan, which is about 15 minutes away from downtown Grand Rapids. Home sales have risen 11 percent year over year, and the median view per listing shot up by 139 percent.

In each of the 10 top neighborhoods, homes are selling faster than they were in 2024, further underscoring their popularity.
