This dataset ranks the top 20 residential brokerages most active in Manhattan in 2022.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database, including transactions recorded in 2022 in the borough, and cross-referenced with listings from MLSs and brokerage websites. The data was vetted with the brokerages. Off-market deals were not counted.
The dataset includes the ranking, with each firm’s total volume and deal count. As well as details on all 17,254 deals examined for the ranking.
