This dataset ranks the priciest neighborhoods across the boroughs in NYC by average home sale price.
The Real Deal analyzed closed residential sales worth $100,000 or more recorded in the city from Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 28, 2023, including co-ops, condos, single-family homes and multi-family homes of up to four units.
The dataset includes a ranking of the priciest neighborhoods in each borough, as well as details on all 41,823 deals included in the analysis.
