This ranking shows which brokerage firms moved the most volume in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in 2022.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database, including transactions recorded in the year 2022 in the three boroughs studied, and cross-referenced with listings from MLSs and brokerage websites. The data was vetted with the brokerages. New Development companies were excluded.
The dataset includes rankings for the top 25 brokerages in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Each ranking includes the firms’ total volume for the borough and their deal count.
