This dataset examines office sales in the four boroughs outside Manhattan over the three and a half years leading up to the second quarter of 2024.
The Real Deal analyzed sales of office buildings and properties with a major office component worth $1 million or more in the outer boroughs recorded in the city’s ACRIS property transaction database from the start of 2021 through the second quarter of this year, identifying 324 transactions totalling $2.3 billion in volume.
The dataset includes an analysis of which outer-borough neighborhoods saw the most transaction volume, a ranking of the top 10 deals for the study period, and extensive data on all 324 transactions included in the study.
