This dataset shows the top residential brokers and teams in New York City for both new development and resales, ranked by total sales volume across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
The Real Deal examined 36,294 transactions recorded from Jan. 2 through Dec. 31, 2024, for condos, co-ops and single-, two-to- four-family homes with no commercial component, and matched them with publicly available listings and data from brokerage firms. Only sell-side deals were counted. Off-market deals were not counted.
The dataset includes the top-50 rankings for new development and resales, including total volume and deal count for each broker/team. It also includes details on all 36,294 transactions examined for the rankings.
