To gather the source data for for this ranking, The Real Deal reviewed sales records from Jan. 1, 2023, through Nov. 19, 2023, filed with the County Recorders of Union, Middlesex, Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex counties.
The dataset includes the top 10 ranking, plus details on all 57,064 home sales for the period worth $100,000 or more.
