In February, Innovo Property Group and Square Mile Capital Management filed plans for a warehouse in the Bronx at 2505 Bruckner Boulevard. The project will span roughly 800,000 square feet, making it the largest project filed in the borough in 2019 on TRD’s annual list. Not too far behind is L+M Development Partners’ project in the South Bronx at 575 Exterior Street, part of its massive Bronx Point development. The mixed-use building is set to span 424,000 square feet of residential space, 73,000 square feet of commercial space and 60,000 square feet of community space.
All together, the 10 top projects in the borough total 3.2 million square feet of development and will include 2,677 residential units.
