Staten Island housing market


STATEN ISLAND’S MEDIAN SALES PRICE ROSE THROUGHOUT 2019, ending the third quarter at $550,000, 4.8 percent higher than the year prior. Accompanying the sales price increase was a drop in number of sales, down 27.4 percent from the year prior. Inventory saw the largest decrease year-over-year however, clocking in at -29 percent.
