THE PANDEMIC PRESENTED UNPRECEDENTED obstacles to residential dealmaking last year, but didn’t stop New York City’s top agents from trying. Here are the top four listing agents at the top firms in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, based on closed sales in TRD’s 2020 brokerage ranking. Douglas Elliman’s top agent teams totaled the most, with more than $1.19 billion in listings. Its Eklund- Gomes Team alone boasts nearly half a billion dollars in listings. Sotheby’s International Realty’s top performers come next with $848.85 million, led by Serena Boardman’s nearly $418 million in listings. The Corcoran Group has $833.89 million in listings across its top four teams, with about 45 percent of that credited to the Carrie Chiang/Janet Wang Team.
