There’s no shortage of New York City real estate moguls on the 2018 Forbes 400 list. The city’s highest-ranked real estate player on the list was Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman, whose net worth of $13 billion only put him in the 34th spot nationally. A rung down on the NYC ladder was Related’s Stephen Ross, who came in at 65th place. The Hudson Yards developer has a net worth of $7.6 billion, according to Forbes. Richard LeFrak, with $6 billion, just cracked the top 100, finishing in 98th place. Other notable real estate titans on the Forbes list include: Sheldon Solow, who tied for 131st place with $5.2 billion; Wharton Properties’ Jeff Sutton in 168th place with $4.3 billion; and President Donald Trump at No. 259 with $3.1 billion; among several others.
