I-Fei Chang is the head of the U.S. division of Shanghai-based firm Greenland Group, one of the largest international Chinese real estate companies. Chang oversees over $6 billion of real estate assets across the United States. In 2013, Greenland bought a 70 percent stake in Forest City Ratner’s Atlantic Yards (now Pacific Park) project in Brooklyn, New york.
Greenland’s portfolio also includes a $4 billion planned community project in St. Petersburg, Russia and the $1 billion mixed-use Metropolis development in Los Angeles. In addition to its projects overseas, Greenland has developed in at least 82 Chinese cities.
Chang is a graduate of Yale University.
