    The high-end condominium Turnberry Ocean Club planned for Sunny Isles Beach has released five duplex residences onto the market. Prices for the two-story units will start at $19.5 million. Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean, just north of Miami Beach, the 54-story tower is currently under construction. When finished, each of the duplexes will feature a private swimming pool, a hydrotherapy spa and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill. The 6,935-square-foot residences will include a private elevator, a two-story foyer, a dining room and a grand salon. The units will have five bedrooms, including a master suite on the second level with two bathrooms, two walk-in closets and a private balcony.

The ‘Sky Club’ on the 30th through 32nd floors will feature a cantilevered swimming pool with ocean views, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, dining areas and a blow-dry bar, among other amenities. An infinity-edge swimming pool will be located on the lobby level, in addition to private cabanas, dining areas, a coffee bar, and an indoor theater. The tower will consist of 154 residences that range from three to six bedrooms. Prices for the three-bedroom units start at $4 million. There will be two three-story penthouses priced at $35 million. The property is being developed by Turnberry Associates. Its projects include Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura and the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The building is slated for completion in 2018.
