Jay Kreisberg joined ABS Partners as director of property management. Kreisberg will oversee office, retail and multifamily properties operated by ABS across NYC.

Laurel Lantz joined Rose Associates as director of leasing. She was previously at Related Companies, where she leased five developments comprised of more than 1,300 apartments and managed the sales effort for a 1,500-unit portfolio in NYC and Boston.

Stribling & Associates hired Janice Silver as an associate broker. Silver was previously an executive vice president and sales director at Bellmarc, where she focused on the Upper East Side.

Dino Piccini joined Transwestern’s tenant-advisory platform as a partner. Piccini will manage and expand brokerage services for corporate accounts based in the Northeast region, including New York, New Jersey, Boston and Connecticut.

Soho Properties, developer of 45 Park Place, hired Frank Nicoletti as senior development manager. Nicoletti was most recently the founder of Nicoletti Consulting.

Two Trees hired Brian Upbin as head of asset management. Upbin comes to the firm from the investment banking industry. He was previously a research analyst in the capital markets division at Barclays. At Two Trees he will oversee the Brooklyn and Manhattan portfolio.

Simone Development appointed Sara Rubenstein as general counsel. Rubenstein has worked in the real estate and construction industries for more than 15 years. She was previously at Lend Lease.

HKS Capital promoted Michael Lee to partner. Lee has been at HKS since the firm was founded in 2011 and manages the firm’s team of 13 brokers.

Eastern Consolidated promoted Jonathan Schwartz, Jason Marin, Ravi Idnani and Jeff Geoghegan from associate directors to directors. Schwartz and Marin were promoted in investment sales, and Marin and Idnani were promoted in retail leasing.

Jason Lind was promoted to senior vice president of CBRE’s Assessment & Consulting Services division. Marisa Morgillo joined KAHN Architecture as marketing coordinator. Quadrum Global hired Anoop Rustgi at its NYC offices, where he will oversee management of the firm’s portfolio of assets in the city.
