This one might make you smize. Model cum entrepreneur Tyra Banks, who coined the term for “smiling with your eyes,” has relisted her Beverly Hills home for the new, slashed price of $6.5 million — down from the original $7.75 million.

The 6,000-square-foot, Spanish Colonial-style home was built in the 1920s and has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It features vintage French doors, maple plank floors, fountains, formal gardens and an outdoor kitchen. The model and TV personality purchased the home a decade ago for $3.1 million. [LAT]

Rams players are charging into L.A., but most are are renting. However, tight end Lance Kendricks is ready to commit — he recently bought a gated estate in the Calabasas community for $1.8 million. The 4,500-square-foot property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym and a two-story living room with a Juliet balcony. [LAT]

The long-time home of early Hollywood actor and Drew Barrymore’s grandfather John Barrymore has returned to the market. The Beverly Hills estate is now selling for a sliver under $30 million. Bella Vista, as it’s known, has a five-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot main house and two additional guesthouses.

In the 1990s, “Top Gun” director Tony Scott bought the property for just over $4 million. His widow, Donna, first listed the home in September of 2015. [WSJ]

She’s all that, plus a $3.3 million pad. Rachel Leigh Cook, known for her role in “She’s All That” and “Josie and the Pussycats,” is selling the Hollywood Hills home she bought more than a decade ago. The 3,050-square-foot estate in the Hollywood Hills has three bedrooms, multiple fireplaces and a backyard with gardens, fountains and a spa. [LAT]

Last but not least, pop singer Pink and truck racer Carey Hart have also chopped the price of their Malibu estate. It’s now a hair south of $13 million. The 7,450-square-foot house has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a detached guesthouse. It also features a double island kitchen, three TV-surmounted fireplaces, a five-car garage, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves in the library and access to the Little Dume Beach. [Variety]
