Submarket Snapshot: Homes near Beverly Center in Q1 2016

There were 31 homes sold in the Beverly Center area for more than $1 million in the first quarter of the year, down from 32 in the fourth quarter of 2015, according to a report on luxury sales by the Agency.

The luxe properties traded for an average of $1.9 million, up from $1.8 million in the previous quarter. The per-square-foot price dipped to $765, down from $778 in the fourth quarter.

As of April 2016, there were 39 luxury homes on the market in the area for an average listing price of $2.2 million, and $758 a square foot.
